Working hours: Full Time (40 Hours)

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Reporting any damages, problems, and general traffic concerns

  • Confirm Amazon UK bookings and liaise with the membership to ensure deliveries booked

  • Liaise with Pall-Ex Regional Management and Compliance teams on repeated issues

  • Monitor trends for repeat offenders and ensure fines are allocated accordingly

  • Ensure SLA is being adhered to with respect to delivery performance

  • Engage with the Senior Quality & Compliance Co-Ordinator & Service, Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure department objectives are met

  • Work on any additional projects as outlined by the department
