Role Specific Responsibilities
- Reporting any damages, problems, and general traffic concerns 
- Confirm Amazon UK bookings and liaise with the membership to ensure deliveries booked 
- Liaise with Pall-Ex Regional Management and Compliance teams on repeated issues 
- Monitor trends for repeat offenders and ensure fines are allocated accordingly 
- Ensure SLA is being adhered to with respect to delivery performance 
- Engage with the Senior Quality & Compliance Co-Ordinator & Service, Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure department objectives are met 
- Work on any additional projects as outlined by the department
