Role Specific Responsibilities
Reporting any damages, problems, and general traffic concerns
Confirm Amazon UK bookings and liaise with the membership to ensure deliveries booked
Liaise with Pall-Ex Regional Management and Compliance teams on repeated issues
Monitor trends for repeat offenders and ensure fines are allocated accordingly
Ensure SLA is being adhered to with respect to delivery performance
Engage with the Senior Quality & Compliance Co-Ordinator & Service, Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure department objectives are met
Work on any additional projects as outlined by the department
