Table Art Expands in France with Exact Logistics

Rugby-based Pall-Ex member, Exact Logistics is helping event-styling business Table Art make a glowing impression as it expands in France.

Table Art, backed financially by Pall-Ex founder and CEO Hilary Devey CBE, creates state of the art light-up centrepieces and event art and has just opened a new office in Nice.

The company, based in Leamington Spa, has already styled a number of high profile events within the Louvre Museum, Palais Du Versailles and Cannes Film Festival.

Table Art is being supported in its expansion by Exact Logistics, which delivers additional stock to the French office as well as pieces straight to events.

Managing director Gary Martin said:

“We set up Table Art about five years ago, creating radio-controlled, battery-powered light-up centrepieces. We have now also moved on to event art.

“We design and manufacture all of our products in-house at our workshop enabling us to create bespoke pieces for our customers. These are either delivered directly to the event for the customer to set up, or we can go along to style the event.

“We have seen a huge amount of growth over time and have been involved in a number of events at interesting and exciting venues. One of our most recent events was at the Cannes Film Festival which was an amazing experience.

“With our newest addition, we now have offices in the UK, Chile, Dubai and France.”

Gary added:

“Exact Logistics do a lot of our deliveries in the UK and have been very supportive in our expansion in France.

“They enable us to deliver our pieces of table art very efficiently, with everything arriving on time which is extremely important when working in events.

“Exact’s ethos of communicating, deliver, care is also very important to us as it means they not only make deliveries on time, they also care about the freight that they are transporting which is essential when dealing with fragile items.

“All of this is helping us to build a good reputation with new clients and ensuring that we secure new business.”

Karen Shuter, sales director of Exact Logistics, said: “We have been working with Table Art for some time and are very happy to help them as they expand into France.

“We know on-time delivery is crucial to Table Art as they supply their pieces to a lot of high profile events.

“We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future, helping them win and retain customers in both France and the UK.”

Pall-Ex and Table Art CEO Hilary Devey added: “When I first met Gary, I was not only bowled over by the products, but also by his passion and tenacity. I knew he had the grit it needed to make the business a success, which was why I invested. As we capitalise on the growing French market and open our new office, I couldn’t be prouder.

“Furthermore, I’m thrilled that Exact Logistics, as a member and an important part of the Pall-Ex network, is able to lend its support and benefit from Table Art’s rapid growth. All of the stunning centrepieces are arriving on time and in perfect condition. It’s a case of exact by name and most definitely exact in the quality of service the team offers.”
