Pall-Ex kicks off Coalville Town FC sponsorship

Coalville Town FC has scored a new major sponsorship deal in a partnership with Leicestershire-based palletised freight distribution network, Pall-Ex.

The Pall-Ex logo now sits below The Ravens’ crest on the first team player tracksuits and polo shirts. Its branding is also displayed on panels around the club’s pitch, and on the Coalville Town FC website.

The sponsorship deal allows Pall-Ex staff to enjoy complimentary tickets to all league games throughout the season and hospitality at the football club, with the venue also providing facilities for entertaining corporate guests visiting its head office in Ellistown.

Mark Steel, director of sales and marketing at Pall-Ex, says:

“We’re proud to be working with Coalville Town FC and we’re sure our employees will be too – as our local team, we have many Ravens supporters within our workforce. It feels great to be part of an institution that’s at the heart of our surrounding community and to increase our involvement in the local area.

“By supporting this club we’re also supporting our staff, giving them a fun resource to enjoy and a thank you for all of their hard work. All in all, it’s a wonderful partnership and we’re looking forward to supporting the team in the year ahead.”

Coalville Town FC currently plays in the Northern Premier League in Premier Division, joining teams such as Lancaster City, Stafford Rangers and Warrington Town FC.

Glyn Rennocks, Chairman of Coalville Town FC and owner of Shepshed-based distribution firm, IMS, says of the sponsorship:

“I am delighted and grateful that Pall-Ex has agreed to become a major sponsor of my club. Pall-Ex is a locally based company employing local people, and as a renowned European freight specialist, it is fantastic for my club to be associated with it.”
