A charity initiative from two logistics giants is supporting the next generation of students in numerous schools, globally, thanks to a £25,101.50 donation.
The No.1 pallet network for quality, Pall-Ex and delivery specialists Atom Logistics teamed up to raise money for One School, which includes all institutes operated by the Plymouth Brethren Church, and its Rapid Relief Team charity, which supports local communities in times of crisis.
Atom Logistics is a department of the Universal Business Team (UBT), a network of businesses, owned and operated by members of the Plymouth Brethren, whose higher purpose is to support its schools and charities.
The money raised is the result of a 2019 rebate generated by UBT companies sending their pallets through the Pall-Ex network.
As the two firms are continuing the charity drive in 2020, with the aim of raising an additional £30,000, Pall-Ex is calling on its network members to support the cause.
