However, following years of difficulties, Pall-Ex Group has taken steps to ensure a truly market-leading service across the capital.
Working with the best shareholder members in and around London, Pall-Ex Group has removed issues with multi-network operators through its exclusive member agreements, resulting in a more efficient and focused operation. Customers can now be sure that their freight takes priority, whether heading into or out of London.
Since the London Project was implemented in October 2021, delivery service has remained above 96.5% in the capital, with customers benefitting from a much stronger and more efficient service.
