Collectively owned by our UK network membership and senior management team, Pall-Ex is a renowned name in palletised freight distribution and logistics, delivering an efficient and reliable service, backed by innovative technology and a first-class network of established shareholder SMEs.
With our headquarters and central UK hub located in the East Midlands, a south-central hub in Northamptonshire, plus a northern hub in Lancashire, Pall-Ex is ideally located to meet your distribution requirements. Together, we transport more than 40,000 pallets across the globe every day with support from our carefully selected International logistics partners.
Our palletised freight distribution is supported by our owned operations, which ensure efficient, high-quality coverage for our customers in key locations in the South East and South West. These include Pall-Ex London, Cranleigh Distribution Services Ltd, Shears Brothers (Transport) and Intercounty Distribution.
Pall-Ex (UK) Ltd holds an impressive list of accreditations and awards for performance, training and innovation, including the ISO14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO45001:2018 in Occupational health and safety management.

Adding to our list of accreditations and certifications, in 2018 we received the ISO 9001:2015 standard for network-wide quality – a real feather-in-the-cap for us as pioneers in the field of palletised freight distribution. This accreditation is representative of the standards that we set for ourselves and for the finest haulage companies that we recruit to become part of our palletised distribution network, companies that share our vision of providing a first-class and unparalleled delivery service.

As the leading palletised freight distribution network, Pall-Ex (UK) Ltd is also committed to raising the profile of the logistics industry and the wide range of rewarding careers it offers.
As part of this commitment, Pall-Ex (UK) Ltd signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2019, pledging to support ex-military personnel with jobs and access to training and qualifications. Due to our work with the community, we were awarded the coveted Gold Employer Recognition Scheme accreditation from the Ministry of Defence in 2022.
In support of the Armed Forces community, we are also committed to raising money for veterans' mental health charity, Combat Stress, via a range of events and activities. It provides military and ex-military personnel with vital access to psychological and psychiatric treatment, alongside occupational therapy for a range of mental health problems.
